Kelsey has an extensive knowledge of health & wellness through her education as well as her personal fitness journey. A Certified Personal Trainer, she has a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and is working towards her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Kelsey enjoys eating wholesome, nutritious foods and recreating old recipes with a healthy twist. Additionally, she exercises so she can live a healthy lifestyle and increase/maintain mobility, while challenging herself during each workout.
