If you have ever been coming or going from a 8:30 or 9:30 class and have seen the gym occupied by some awesome members doing all kind of cool fitness maneuvers, you know that is our Mind in Motion Class. Held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 in the gym, Mind in Motion is a speciality class for people that want to focus on balance, coordination, dexterity, reaction time, heart health, brain cognition and overall health. This class is for beginners to experienced exercisers, to people of any age that might be experiencing any type of early stage diseases such as Dementia, Parkinson’s or Alzheimers.
